The 2bhk rentals for a night is quite peaceful and relaxing if u r looking out for a perfect staycation. Manu at reception was very helpful in getting us complimentary breakfasts on account of treebo; where as the last two times of another receptionist didnt even bother to tell us about the amenities. The room was clean and ambient. The kitchen had every possible facilities one would ask for. And Manu bro was there at hand for every need one desires. The place is my Go to place for a birthday celeb with friends ; family; or someone special.

Overall experience of mine was good. If the housekeeping service is good it was an outstanding stay. Unfortunately that’s not there. Pros:- 1. Room is very spacious 2. Place is very quiet and suitable for family 3. Caretaker boy is very helpful. 4. Restaurants within 1 km. 5. Wifi is available 6. New building Cons:- 1. Parking is very tricky. 2. Building is new but the housekeeping service is very poor. 3. Washrooms are not at all clean. 4. Floors are very slippery due to some chemical usage , it was still there after almost 16 hours of stay in that room. 5. Lines are dirty. 6. No soaps or body wash available.

Conveniently located. Especially useful for anyone visiting Aster Medicity. The staff is super helpful and went out of their way to help us. The rooms / apartments are spacious and clean with limited toiletries. We had taken a 2 bedroom apartment and stayed for a single night. Both bedrooms had storage as well as separate bathrooms. There's a separate dining area with fridge as well as a proper kitchen with stove so that helps. Swiggy delivers to the room/apartment. Overall while the stay was good the staff made all the difference here.

This hotel is located at Edapally. I had a fantastic stay here. The room I was staying was spacious. The washroom is clean, aesthetic and spacious. I had access to kitchen and there was a washing machine at disposal as well. It is an ideal place for couples and family. The balcony is also great to spend sometime in the morning and evening. Parking here is a little tricky, however, this place is near to other restaurants and hang out places. I would recommend this place to everyone.

One of the worst treebo hotel I ever visited ,the main negative is their service ,there are no permenent staff available on the reception,also the room are always wet, and if you book the room for more than 4 days they only clean it only after two days ,the break fast is to pathetic the receptionist bought it from some other hotels and it's very poor,totally it's the bad hotel I ever visited,not recommended for anyone

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
