        Room- 5* Service- 4* Communication - 3* Room Essentials - 2* Wifi- 1* I booked a room at Rs.2000/day for 5 days. The room was very spacious with two queen beds. It was unexpected to get this much big room at this price. No kitchen or restaurant in the hotel. But the location is great as you get food just outside the hotel from early 7:30am to midnight 12:30am. Some issues I had in my stay was- 1. Electric kettle is not provided in the Room. Even after asking for that they could not arrange for us in any of the 5 days. This was a major issue for me as we have an infant plus we were struggling with cough n cold. They provided us the hot water till from 7am to 11pm. But our actual need was from 12am to 6am for the baby. 2.Communication was a bit of a problem as the manager could not speak Hindi on the other side he was somehow managing English. The room was clean but no essentials provided except bathing and hand wash liquid. WiFi was not working properly.

        Service is okay. Rooms are nice. Didn't order any food though. People are available at all times if you call. An average 3 star hotel. They can make some minor improvements but overall a good stay.

        This hotel is located in the heart of the town with lots of eateries nearby. Room was neat and clean. They were prompt when I complained about the broken pipe of the washroom basin. Nice experience.

        This hotel has a no visitor policy, so don't book this if your family, friends are coming or you expect any guests. It's useless to negotiate with them as manager just keeps saying its policy. Rooms are not what the show in images, they are much smaller, breakfast is included but not good, and very limited. Given these points the price is very much and not worth it.

        This hotel doesn't just welcome guests; it welcomes artists. Each room is a canvas, and guests are encouraged to leave their mark. I left my heart in the form of a mural on the wall.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
