Very narrow room, with dirty atmosphere. No parking, we should park our car in road side. Actually, it is not better for tourist, this like loadge usually lorry and bus labourers are used. But the price is fabulous in amount. We paid Rs 3900 for two rooms.

There was no hot water in the bathroom; and the exhaust fan was not working. Last time when I visited the hotel, breakfast was served, not today. Overall, I would say that I will not prefer rooms here any further.

Very bad experience from this hotel. Service isn't good. We stayed a little room it's too tiny it's not satisfied with the cash. Breakfast they giving to our room. Just 3 idli??. Ist enough for us. I don't have any more words to explain other complaints.

Very good and neat rooms... Cheap compared to other hotels.. No room service is available, so u have to help urself with ur luggage... Toiletries are not available but liquid body wash and hand wash is there in the washroom along with one bath towel and hand towel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
