Spacious and well maintained rooms, with twin beds. Decent breakfast. Located in HSR Layout (one of the upscale neighbourhoods in Bangalore). Reasonable pricing. Minor issue is that you can't recognize it even if you are standing in front of it, because it's G+2 House operating as a hotel/serviced apartment. The location shown on Google maps is slightly misleading. The actual building is diagonally opposite what is shown on Google maps

This hotel rooms have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Large comfortable beds with clean bedsheet with comforter. They provide you a clean bathroom with clean hand towel, bath towel and hand wash, a spacious clean wardrobe which is enough for your stuff. Breakfast was awesome. Last but not the least the behaviour of the caretaker.....he is such a nice guy....he always try his best to provide you a comfortable stay. Neighborhood is also very nice quiet and calm, restaurants and shopping malls are walking distance.

Have been here since 2 months now, everything is good leaving aside few gaps which I expected Treebo should have noticed. Bigger room has only one light that too covered with shadowof almirah. People work in room, they expect better lighting. 2. The mattresses and bed sheet is so thik that spring of mattress literally goes inside your back. Treebo, I expected you should have looked into it while progressing in your business in service industry.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
