Basic facilities like warm water, AC, TV, almirah with lock, etc. are there. Not a lavish or posh hotel, it's good for longer cheap stays. The food quality of their kitchen is just fine. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are very small and congested. AC is tweaked to run at a specific slow speed for power saving. It won't chill the room but provides sufficient cooling. Cleanliness has room for improvement.

Rooms are not well maintained and is not really clean.Though the lounge and food area is good.Other facilities like tv,cupboard and warm water are there.But from the price point of view,it is not worth.

Booking Discrepancy and Service Shortcomings I recently stayed at this hotel after booking through Agoda, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the primary issues was a significant discrepancy between the booking I made on Agoda and the information received by the hotel's app. Upon arrival, the hotel staff seemed unaware of my reservation, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. The lack of coordination between Agoda and the hotel's system resulted in a frustrating check-in process. Furthermore, the air conditioning in my room was non-functional, making my stay uncomfortable. Despite bringing this to the attention of the receptionist, the response was inadequate, reflecting a lack of responsiveness and attentiveness to guest concerns. Overall, the booking discrepancy and service shortcomings at this hotel left a negative impression on my stay. I hope this feedback can prompt improvements in their booking systems and customer service, ensuring a more seamless experience for future guests.

Bellandur a place of umpteen software companies both indian and foreign has made the city look like a foreign company.The place is neat and the call taxi drivers r well behaved and demand only the amount that is shown in the mobile irrespective of the distance.The place has a nice cool likable weather and I really like the place. When compared to Bellandur, Coimbatore is nothing and Chennai is filthy , polluted,dusty and altogether yucky.The politicians here spent most the time in fighting with other parties and head of state.Chennai can never hold a candle to Bellandur

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
