I stayed in Ixora suites for more than 6 months for a project in Bangalore. I absolutely loved by stay there owing to the following reasons. 1. Wonderful staff - very helpful 2. Great homely food 3. Amazing location - Indiranagar - Good cafes in walking distance (100 ft road), metro station 4. Good clean Spacious Rooms I had no issue during my 6 months stay and the staff and manager went out of the way to ensure that, I recommend this place to everyone!

The service and management at the property was very disappointing. The staff is not trained on hospitality or customer service, and often no one responsible is available at the front desk. When we checked in (many hours after the check in time) - the room still didn’t have towels and basic utensils. While there was a kitchen and an induction stove, there were no cooking utensils. We had some special requests which the staff agreed to on phone before the booking but we were met with an unfriendly attitude once we were there. All in all - I suggest don’t waste your money there as they are charging only for location premium, property is a basic guest house set up.

The location is good extremely centric to all the places n easy to travel around for shopping n easy access to pubs around indiranagar n koramangala. Friendly staff, good management, healthy homestyle foods,rooms are pretty good very well kept. A complete value for money. Highly recommend this to everyone.

Stayed here for a week. It was a very pleasant and peaceful stay. Hygiene and well maintained. Breakfast was awesome-Too filling. The staff at the reception and housekeeping were very polite and helpful. Rooms were kept neat and tidy. Coffee-tea Kettle was in the room. Mineral water is been provided. Smooth check in-check out. Appreciate ashish Thapa nd madhu for early check-in and late check-out. Eateries are nearby, Metro is walkable. Anyways a good experience and worth the stay.

Location is indranagar. So 5 stars The service boys maintaining the place are really good n responsive. Rooms r little old, but r well managed. I had breakfast in the hotel on a daily basis. The chef is good n no complaints on the quality n taste. But the bf menu is fixed with idli, Paratha, Puri, dosa n then repeat this cycle again n again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
