Title: Deceptive and Disappointing - False Advertising at its Worst! Review: I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel JP Regency , and I can confidently say that it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The level of deception and false advertising I encountered during my stay was utterly unacceptable. Let's start with the room. I specifically booked a 3-bed room accommodation, as advertised on their website. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find myself crammed into a room with only 2 beds, and to make matters worse, they had placed a mattress on the floor as a makeshift solution. This was far from what was promised and completely unacceptable. The lack of proper beds and the uncomfortable sleeping arrangements were a major inconvenience and a clear breach of the booking agreement. Speaking of false advertising, the pictures on the Make My Trip application were a complete misrepresentation of the actual rooms. The images showcased spacious and well-furnished bedrooms, while the reality was cramped, outdated, and nothing like what was advertised. It was a classic case of bait-and-switch, and I felt cheated and deceived. Furthermore, the quality of the room was abysmal. The furniture was worn out, and the entire place had a stale and musty odor. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible stains on the carpet and dusty surfaces. It was evident that proper maintenance and upkeep were lacking, further contributing to my disappointment. To make matters worse, the staff's response to my concerns was dismissive and unhelpful. When I brought up the issue of the room not matching the description or the photos, they simply shrugged it off and claimed that the website images were "representative" of the accommodations. Their lack of accountability and refusal to address the problem only added to my frustration. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at Hotel JP Regency. Their deceptive advertising, failure to provide the booked accommodations, and lackluster customer service make this establishment a prime example of a dishonest and disappointing hotel. Save yourself the headache and choose a different hotel that values honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Fantastic hotel with awesome view. The hotel has one side full glass door for perfect view. Huge balcony with table ans chairs. The manager and Whole staff was fantastic with excellent service and very reasonable rate. We even got additional discount on our total food bill. The manager. Mr. Chandresh even went out of the way to arrange a cake for us on a very short notice. He even didn't took money for the cake. One of my best stay ever

Awesome hotel ,great view from hotel. Big and spacious balcony with proper sit outs. Rooms are having smart tv in it which I found to be the excellent feature and is only available in 5 star hotels. All over. Excellent stay excellent staff and excellent food.
