Location is good-vehicle stops in front of the door. Room is spacious and clean. Front desk is superb. Food is little bit costly but yummy. Cleanliness is up to the mark. There is no dedicated travel desk but the front desk can arrange everything. Mall is 10 min walking distance. For family at this rate the hotel is strongly recommended. Outside food is allowed. Staff are gentle and polite.

Hot water is a basic amenity in cold places like Darjeeling. They just provide hot water from 6am to 8am. That too warm water and not actually hot. Rooms are tiny. TV and intercom were not working. Photos are deceiving. Food is one thing that was good.

Had a great time in hotel pink mountain. Reception service and restaurant services were extremely satisfying. Restaurant incharge Mr. Saleem was very responsible and the way he received us was very warm. Taste wise also it was very very good and hygienic. One of the best hotels in Darjeeling to stay and to have pure veg hygienic food.

We booked 5 rooms and stayed here 2 nights Hotel is very good , staff were very friendly, the service was good , location was awesome ( walking distance to the mall road and toy train station ) Food was also tasty but a little bit costly. Great experience .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
