        Rooms: Fourth Floor corner room has perfect mountain view. You will not get mountain view from every rooms. Housekeeping Staff: are Perfect and jolly. Receptionist: are also good, but do not have decision making power. Food: While booking, we booked complementary breakfast. First portion of Breakfast items would be given, but when you will ask for repetition, you will be refused. However, Food is tasty. I would ask hotel guys to not to refuse for any item, if customer wants to repeat it. Water Issue: When we checked in, there was water issue in Hotel, water was provided in buckets. At reception, we were informed that whole Gangtok is facing water issue, but when I enquired with other hotels, they said water issue was there, but it had resolved 01 week prior. We were questioned for use of every bucket of water, hence we changed the hotel to Magpie Libing Grand located at the end of MG Marg and we were happy, as they were having buffet breakfast and no water issue. Just a suggestion to Jain Group hotel that when you are facing any kind of water crisis please arrange water tankers. No one wants to create a Holiday memory of lifting buckets and provind explanation of use of every bucket of water.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
