Nestled in the midst of a green canopy of trees, the resort has green lawns where a group can have fun playing games undisturbed. The banquet hall is also a very convenient place for activities and entertainment. Overall a well maintained clean space. The food is tasty and service excellent. Our group had a fun-filled three days ! I would highly recommend the place.

Things to enjoy: The breakfast buffet (South Indian) was very tasty. Staffs were good. Stay was good. Limited outdoor activities but enough to keep the kids occupied. Away from the crowd, approximately 20 mins from Mysore palace. To improve: Though rooms are good, the hygiene amenities esp towels could be improved. Also, there was confusion as they place some snacks and tell it as not complimentary only during checkout.

The resort stay was really comfortable for us, the staff were very responsive, we had a small issue with the room provided, but the team responded quickly and changed the room. The restaurant food was also good, there were no complaints. The complimentary breakfast was also good and the staff were really good in taking care of our needs, special thanks to Vinoth who took care of our breakfast options Improvement suggestions from me will be 1. The QR code food ordering system is good, but the website that has the menu is a little clumsy, and needs improvement on it. 2. It will be better if the room has fans, i understand we have good ACs in room, but sometimes it will be better to have this option.

Very nice resort in Mysore. It bypasses the Mysore city traffic and in the outer area. The resort has good indoor/outdoor activities. The swimming pool is clean and well built. Food is upto the mark and the dining experience is amazing. Complementary breakfast was nice as well. Rooms are decent with Bath -tub and Balcony (as per availability). Overall a nice value for money place.

We stayed here for 1 night. Lunch menu is vast and is served till 3:30pm. Breakfast options are limited but not bad. General upkeep of the property can be improved. There's a children activity area and a good pool. They have a toy car for kids but don't allow kids above 3yrs or 10kg which was a let down. There's a small fridge and complementary tea/coffee inside the room but no hand towels or hair dryer. AC and TV works fine...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
