The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and luxurious amenities. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and elegantly decorated. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The food at the hotel's restaurants was delicious, offering a wide variety of cuisines to suit every palate. They don’t know how to smile or treat seniors with respect. Kicking people out of their rooms to accommodate someone else was acceptable to the staff. In a place this big, they couldn’t find another set of adjoining rooms so they decided to kick my elderly parents out of their room. What a load of rubbish. One and done with these folks. The duty manager didn’t even call or show up to discuss the issue with me.

It's a good hotel to stay or plan an event. The land area is really huge and has a very great ambience. The rooms are really good. The food is really good there. They have a very nice swimming pool for adults and kids separately in the open space. They have a different halls for small events. The hotel is built with beautiful red stones and inside is with white marble, offcourse giving a vibe of agra and its ancient history of Mughal architecture. There are so many lawns to hold multiple events. The service is a bit at the lower end thats why the 4stars. I had to call multiple times just to get the toiletries or something. Also there is no direct crossing between the wings you have to walk a bit extra. Everything else is amazing. The staff is polite and good

Hotel staff was courteous. Rooms were nice, but breakfast at buffet was served cold that too in winter and to add to that i found a large glass piece inside my Croissant while taking a bite. Thank god i was lucky that i didnt bite the glass piece, other wise it could have led to a disaster. I would recommend the staff to look into the matter.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
