Our one-night stay at JC Residency left us thoroughly impressed. The staff and authorities were exceptionally kind and polite, creating a warm and welcoming environment. Highly recommended for families, the complimentary morning breakfast and night dinner added a delightful touch to our experience. The resort's cleanliness and well-maintained property enhanced our overall satisfaction.

It was my 10th time to stay in this hotel. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. This is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good but costly. They also provide Camp fire and indoor games.Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

Mr. Laxman Singh and other restaurant staff were very helpful. Breakfast was especially good, so the dinner was. I wish you all the best in serving customers in future. In case We visit Kodaikanal again we will make a point to stay at same place. Our best wishes to you, all staff for excellent service towards customers.

Rooms are very good with very neat and clean. All staff are very kind in all time. Hotel they provided complimentary breakfast and it was extra ordinary... Over all we are fully enjoyed with safe.

Staff in restaurant is very friendly. Laxman, Ida, Mr Khan (evening manager) & Rajan were very helpful. One suggestion is to add some more variety in daily buffet and breakfast as otherwise the menu can become repetitive. Good place to stay overall with clean rooms and dining area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
