This hotel is just awesome. So far the best ambience seen in any hotel. I could not find a better hotel in Madurai. They welcome you the moment you reach the hotel, Their hospitality and services are at par. You get much more than you pay..Our room was neat and clean. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and all the items we tried were delicious..

Had an excellent stay at JC residency. The rooms and the property were clean and well kept. Service was good. Special shout-out to Varsha at the front desk. Even though parking is limited and tight, the staff do an amazing job managing the flow of traffic and guiding the guests. Food & Service at the restaurant was good as well!! Highly recommend

I had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel restaurant, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Annam. She made our meal truly special with her attentive and friendly approach. Annam's recommendations from the menu were spot on, and she ensured that our dining needs were met promptly. The food was not only delicious but also served with a smile. Annam's exceptional service added to the overall enjoyment of our meal, making it a memorable part of our stay at the hotel. I would definitely return to the hotel, and it's all thanks to Annam and her exceptional service in the restaurant.

Very nice and beautifully done Heritage Hotel We had an executive room and a Heritage executive room and both were very spacious and comfortable The Travel desk helped us for. guided tour of the Palace and the Temple and also hiring of a car and is very professionally and well managed The dinner service was wonderful. The Manager Mr M Rajesh made wonderful suggestions that catered to our palate All in all highly recommended and a wonderful stay

Great experience and extremely helpful staff. The food was excellent and the rooms are very nicely furnished. The bathroom leaves a little to be desired and we did not receive hot water. That aside, we had an amazing stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
