The staffs are good but the amenities are struggling hard to keep on. My experience hasnot been that good. They told me about the package which consisted stay alongwith all the food n beverages. But at the checkout time they generated the bills of foods. When I asked them about it, they abruptly refused to cancel the bills. When I told them about the package which they have explained, they curtailed the bill to 60%. As a visitor I just bought the learning about this resort.

They completely misguide you. Site shows nice amenities, indoor games, spa, swimming pool, etc. but originally when you visit, there is not a single indoor game available, spa is not working, swimming pool is completely messed, room TV is not working at all, if you are lucky to have working TV then there is no channel subscription available 😕 There is no WiFi connectivity in any of the room. Worst part is Swiss tent room, it has highest price and it is completely useless. Your money will be completely wasted here, so better you spend equal or more money in other resort which can be worth.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were always motivated to help us specially HARSHVARDHAN DHAYBHAI. The food was excellent, the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met. Special thanks to HARSHVARDHAN DHAYBHAI.

I stayed with my family for 2N3D in the hotel from 30/09 to 2/10/23. Pros: - out of busy city life so very peaceful - ambience is pretty good with the swimming pool , attached garden and open dinner tables with cottages near the pool . -it is good for morning sunrise and late evening booze parties with in house music system. - have very nice and helpful support staff. - rooms are. Quite big I booked super deluxe room via AR holidays . Cons: - Very old fashioned marble tiling and very basic furnitures. - No table for having dinner in room - No refrigerator even in super deluxe room. You have to call room service and keep your food in restaurants refrigerator on request. - far from city so need to book auto at very high price as even Ola uber will book only 2 way drive with out city book. -sticking washroom but room service person tried to spray fragrance but of no use. -Cushion cover was very dirty. -Tea kettle was not working but was replaced immediately on request.

Rooms are good, but service and food quality were not as decent as per expectations! We booked a room with breakfast, and I still regret that! Because food quality and service are both dumb!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
