"I recently visited Jewels Palace in the old city, and I must say, my experience left much to be desired. The location itself was a bit disappointing, with untidy surroundings and an unpleasant odor that made it difficult to walk comfortably to the hotel. It's a shame that the cleanliness and accessibility weren't up to par. On a brighter note, the place did have a redeeming factor with its pleasant ambience and delicious food. However, the numerous high stairs posed a significant challenge, particularly for children and older guests. Accessibility is a crucial aspect that should not be overlooked. In summary, while Jewels Palace has its merits, there's certainly room for improvement, especially in terms of maintaining a clean environment and ensuring better accessibility for all guests."

Its a horrible place to stay and if you are claustrophobic then definitely this is not a place for you. Service is really bad and the rooms are too small and untidy

The place is outstanding and very well decorated as per the local taste. If you are planning a cultural and heritage trip to Jodhpur, this place is highly recommended to stay in. This budget hotel offered us a cozy room to live and nice ambience to click good photos. The roof top of the hotel has a scenic view of Mehrangarh fort. Washroom was spacious, clean and full of facilities. Staff is supportive. Although, food is available in this home stay but you may be refused for the order if you ask for lunch and dinner in odd hours but you are free to order food online or to bring outside food in the property.

Please don't stay here if you're looking for comfort. No lunch and dinner facilities available at the hotel. Very limited toiletries. And the location is really bad. Not recommended for people with kids or someone of age, very tedious climb to reach the hotel and then to the room. Also, it's located in the old city - extremely conjusted. Neither you can drive here, not can you take a cab. You can reach here only by an auto rickshaw.

Right in the heart of the old city and a great view of the fort. Rooms are nice and affordable, but the star of the show is Gudu, the manager. He was so nice and even helped us plan out the rest of our trip in Jaisalmer. He has lots of connections in Jodhpur and is all around an honest and great guy! The room has strong Wi-Fi and good ac and overall is a nice laid back hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
