This was so far the best stay of my life. I came here with my family and the staff was so nice they made all the necessary arrangements. Also the entire hotel has lots of amenities to explore,games to play and what not. Besides this the rooms were super clean and comfortable. Their food was excellent, everything that we ordered was delicious as well as healthy. I would highly recommend this place

We stayed during Nov 16-19 2023. The manager Mr Deshpande is honest and tries his best to satisfy our needs. We are pure vegetarians and the hotel caters well to our requirements. The room we took was reasonably clean and has a nice balcony. We did not face any problems. Staff are nice and friendly. Good for families. Travel desk can be improved to overcome the vagaries of too large variations in price.

Excellent property and the staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Front desk staff Ravi is extremely efficient, pleasant and a very good Singer. GM Vinay Deshpande Ji is very helpful, friendly and eager to help. Over all best in class customer Service

I always prefer this property with family. The important part is cleanliness. This is the finest hotel if you are carrying children or an infant. The bedrooms are tidy and spotless. Even the bathrooms are super neat and hygienic.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
