The hotel is showing its age. The rooms, though not modern are decently maintained. One standout feature of my experience was the culinary aspect. The hotel's restaurant provided consistently good food, proving to be a reliable source of satisfaction. Complementing this, the staff demonstrated a genuine willingness to assist, contributing significantly to the overall positive stay.

Rooms are good, food quality is good but the front desk services are pathetic. They promised to offer some suite rooms as part of bulk deal but sold off all suites and offered deluxe rooms. The basic courtesy of hospitality is greatly missing in front desk staff and Duty manager.

I had the pleasure of staying at JK Clarks Exotica Dalhousie during my wife's birthday, and I can confidently say it was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was not just comfortable but also incredibly special. The hotel had thoughtfully decorated our room for the occasion, and there was even a hand-written note from the General Manager, which immediately set a warm and personal tone for our stay. But the highlight of our visit was the exclusive candlelight dinner on our balcony, meticulously arranged by the ever-attentive Butler, Sonu Sharma. He was incredibly proactive and ensured that our 7-course meal was served on time, even on a chilly night, making sure we enjoyed every course while it was still piping hot. This level of dedication and service truly made our celebration exceptional. The hotel itself is a gem. The stunning 360-degree view of the valley from the balcony left us in awe, and the spacious rooms were not only comfortable but also lavishly equipped with all the amenities you could possibly think of for a perfect holiday. But what truly sets JK Clarks Exotica Dalhousie apart is its well-trained and incredibly polite staff. Every member of the team made us feel like royalty, and their attentiveness added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. If you're seeking a place to relax with a view that will take your breath away, look no further. This hotel has it all. Excellent valley view, rooms are luxurious and staff are very humble and responsive. They took care of us very well. we stayed there for 3 nights. I didnt even need wifi as Airtel 5g speeds were around 300MBps which was shocking. Pros: Food. out of the world. we were from chennai and still we didnt have a problem with the food. they also gave complimentary food like hashbrown, omlettes, milk and chapathis unlimited free for 2 toddlers who came with us. free boiled egg, hot water and room service was also top notch. rooms were very clean. Cons: some strange smell from the trees on one side of the forest. nothing major.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
