We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 days stay over there at J's Excellency. We appreciate the friendly attitude of the hotel staff, polite and customer friendly. They are very approachable. And, it was indeed a pleasure for all of us. The rooms, bathrooms and the surroundings are neat and clean. The hotel food was good. Finally, we would like to mention over here that we enjoyed listening Ashwini's singing...very melodious voice... Best Wishes!!!

The staff were really welcoming. They're always available for any kind of need. The lady who leads the karaoke was really good in singing and performs even though there is less crowd around (off season), this really shows their commitment. Somehow I felt they are all part of a family and the whole family is there to serve the guests. It was really pleasant stay there. I recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Mahabaleshwar. It is in the centre and everything is available around. I wish the room were a little more spacious though.

A nice budget hotel situated near main market area. They state everything including room size clearly at the time of booking. While the property is not luxurious or extravagant, their service and staff were what made our stay a nice and heartwarming experience. Very supportive and responsive people, they even remember your preferences and they politely refuse any tips. Cetain things could improve, like the quality of blankets and the kitchen smell in the corridor but I hope these things will be taken care of. Overall I think they offer the best value for money with whatever facilities they have and a huge credit goes to the efforts of their staff like Ms. Santoshi and other youngsters.

We have been coming here since past 8 years and their services remain amazing always. Staff all over the hotel is very polite and helpfull. Being in the heart of the market there is no parking issue as well they have ample amount of parking which stands as a major point to choose this property. They have karoke every evening as well a dj night on Saturday what else do we need more. Food is amazing and atharva has been on his toes for what ever we needed. Thank you js team for this amazing experience as always.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
