We had booked room for 2 people. The location is near to main bus stand. We got very good service. Room was bit compact. Not worth for the price we paid.

The rooms are little bit older .. They don't provide hot water all the time.. on time of your check in , they will guarantee you of giving hot water whenever we need.. but it's not true. We asked for hot water for the next morning 5-6 so that we could check out at 6:30 . And they said yes. The next morning they said they couldn't. And we had to bathe in that cold water . The temperature of kodai was 9°c etc . Even on other times too , they don't provide. If u get it by luck , then it's great . All the places are nearby to this room.. that's what i liked about this. Better search for good rooms .

Room floor is full of dirt. It's old hotel with damping on the walls. From outside it looks good. Even room pics showcased have a different look in person. Hot water won't come, you need to ask for hot water in buckets. It's next to Vegetables Market. During Sundays you can't take out your vehicle from the road as farmers need the space on roadside to sell their produce. No parking for your cars. It's just roadside parking. This shd be your last option to book when u find no place to stay.

It's located at the busiest place in the city. The service is amazing by the host. Note- You have to take your own toiletries. Other than this it's a nice place to stay and enjoy jebas hot chocolate downstairs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
