Amazing locales, hospitality and would specially love to mention the cooperative, helpful and polite staff!.. Loved the food, rooms and beautiful garden too! And yes enjoyed the swings after long.. The staff are excellent and very welcoming. The welcome drink, is something I haven't had before, as it had the most exquisite taste and very refreshing. Beautiful flowers surround. The breakfast was excellent, and the ambiance was perfect for a peaceful retreat. Highly recommended! Would definitely love to visit again ♥️.. Thank you😊

Very nice resort. We were three families occupied three rooms for 5days. Everything beyond words. Hospitality, service, cleanliness, location, choices of food, entertainment etc. are the highlights. The F&B manager had given personal attention in detail to make our stay pleasant and memorable. We stayed few days in Pavallion rooms which is near to dining hall. Other days we stayed in cottage rooms. Very calm and cool beautiful place inside jungle. Superb facility including spa shower.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jungle Bay resort, and I can't say enough about the incredible experience it offered. From start to finish, it was an unforgettable escape into the heart of nature's beauty. The service at Jungle Bay was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They were always ready with a warm smile and eager to assist with any request. Their attention to detail truly made us feel like valued guests. The food at Jungle Bay deserves special mention. Every meal was a culinary delight, featuring a variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes. Whether it was dining in the open-air restaurant overlooking the lush jungle. The hospitality at Jungle Bay was second to none. The resort seamlessly blends luxury with the natural surroundings, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. We felt rejuvenated and in touch with nature throughout our stay. Jungle Bay resort exceeded all our expectations. It's a place where you can disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with nature while still enjoying top-notch service, food, and hospitality. I can't wait to return to this hidden paradise. I'm already starting to miss this place. Starting with the location, everything is best, one can expect. Well suited rooms, tasty & quality food, amazing spa experience, good entertainment with indoors games & live music. Last but not the least, friendly and pleasant people to be around. I would recommend this place for more reasons and already planning my next visit with extended family. Thanks Jungle Bay team for making our stay a memorable one. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
