I had a lovely experience staying here, so much that I extended my stay 2 nights. The staff were friendly and attentive, the location was perfect with a very short walk to the beach, and the room was clean and comfortable. I will gladly stay here again when I return to Goa!

Justa is conveniently located near the beach at just a walking distance so you don't have to go very far to enjoy. The kitchen staff is friendly and warm towards the customers. They have good breakfast options and the menu changes daily so you get to enjoy all the variety. However, there is a lot of room for improvement here, in terms of equal treatment to all guests. It was very noisy at night as probably other guests had a party but throughout the vacation for 5 nights, they were very inconsiderate towards other guests. Other people come for a quiet relaxing time and not listen to noise late night so there should be rules for everyone to be a bit courteous towards other guests. Another issue was cleanliness, during 6 nights of stay, only once was the room cleaned. You would even have to call to get water refilled daily otherwise nobody came to even ask. The 2nd lock of the room was also broken. The sheets were never changed throughout the week, I mean, should have changed atleast once when the staff decided to clean the room if not daily. Overall, it was not worth the money spent. They should improve the room and services provided.

Mr Siddharth and his team made sure our experience was a memorable one. Especially the way he bonded with my parents and made them feel good. The location is great, beachside. The rooms a huge and spacious, the pool area is also great. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and our stay.

If you want to stay really close to the Morjim beach, Justa Hotels & Resorts is for you. The property offers great pool and family time. The kitchen staff is swift and food is flavourful. You can always ask them to make it more or less spicy as per your liking, they are quite accommodating. The Bar also serves some amazing cocktails that you can enjoy in peace or watching Tv in the dining area. Best part is the prolixity me to the beach (just 2 minutes walk) and the hotel pool. It’s a good property to plan your long stays too!

The stay itself was good and satisfying. The food was amazing at the Wire Room and the vibe was great enough to spend hours there, dining. Shoutout to Sameer, for guiding us and putting care towards ourselves. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
