        Well decorated, spacious, modern rooms. The best part is it is just besides the Airport but there is no sound disturbance. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant serves delicious food. Bar options are good. Worth mentioning is the gym which has all the latest amenities. Well behaved security and housekeeping staff. Overall the hotel is well equipped and easy to go at any point of time specially for solo travel.

        We specifically chose this property primarily because it was pet-friendly, a crucial factor for us. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations, especially on a significant occasion like my partner's birthday. Despite making over 8 calls, the arrangements I had requested for the special day were not fulfilled. There seemed to be a miscommunication, as the staff initially confirmed the arrangements but later admitted to the error. Even during the booking process, my queries were redirected to central reservations for 5 times, leaving us with a sense of frustration. It was evident that there was a lack of coordination and clarity within their team. While the property charges for accommodating pets, the staff seemed ill-prepared to handle even the basic requirements for our dog. Repeated calls were necessary to obtain essentials like a pet bowl and blanket, adding unnecessary stress to our stay. The dining experience at K3 was satisfactory for dinner, and the breakfast spread was commendable. However, the overall service was marred by a noticeable lack of training among the staff. Multiple reminders were required for various requests, indicating a concerning lack of concern for guest issues.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
