Stayed for one day in Jyothi Suites in second floor which is a two bed apartment exclusively for us with two rest rooms and Kitchen. Room was very pleasant and almost clean bathrooms. We used kitchen to prepare our own tea and it is a good experience. Srini at front desk provided us with required vessels for our morning tea. Car parking was there and walkable to temple, in a very good residential area. Overall good place to say at moderate price and good service. I will prefer staying next time as well. The view of gopuram from the balcony is mesmerizing.

Very spacious and value for the money. I visited with my family (4 adults) stayed at 2 bed rooms Apt with living room cum dining hall and kitchen for two nights between 31st Oct -23 and 2nd Nov-23. Four cars can be parked in the covered area. Cons - Rest rooms cleaniness can be improved in the glosset. TV can be of bigger size and cable connection to be improved as there was frequent signal issue In summary, it is worth for the money

Rooms 4.8 Service 4.8 Location 4.0 Parking 3.8. Good place to stay with family for a couple of days to have darshan of various temples around. A water kettle can be added to the accessories provided to the guest. Instant coffee powder, tea bags, milk powder can be provided to guest. Additional Dustbins can be provided.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
