A weekend getaway to spend some quality time with loved ones, away from the city rush and busy schedule. Spacious reception to begin with, followed by leisure seats all through the lobby and corridor wings. Picture-perfect rooms, facing the lawn turfs and swimming pool - view was seamless. They do have room service, food will be delivered at room – attractive menu, delicious food. Main attraction for kids are the swimming pool with mini entertainment splash fountains and outdoor kids play zone – kids will have worthy time to spend. A functioning gym, to keep you functioning and a quality sports complex for active sports lovers – targets all age groups Not to forget, mannerly and courteous staff to support us throughout our stay time, in their property - Cheers guys, keep it up. An impeccable place for relaxation, I recommend this place for a perfect break out from a routine daily schedule.

i have been here a couple of times, resort is good but the service sucks they are so slow in everything u ask them to get.. like super slow.. and if made online booking and tried to call the numbers given on there website which says 24hrs support that is false they dont care about any calls on those number because no one will pick your call even after several calling no matter how beautiful you make the place but if service is bad it will spoil your mood. one more thing when u try to book from there website it always shows rooms are available but they are not.. and when u fill the form it will give you a booking ID and it says they will mail you once your booking is confirmed. This is a big blunder in there website which confuses customer if its an inquiry form or a reservation form... hotel and food is good but SERVICE SUCKS... SUPER SLOW and UNPROFESSIONAL

Rooms were really nice clean, room service was fast too And if you're planning to visit kabir do try their Chinese!! It's lip smaking Although I stayed for 2 days in a cottage room one thing I was disappointed about was we called them 15 times for the tv setup box not working it took 5 hours to fix'em but I'd still rate 5/5 for everything

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
