Overall a nice experience. The place is in a secluded location away from all the hubbub. A few things they can work on. 1) power that is steady and works 24 hrs. 2) hot water that is really hot especially given that it gets really cold in madikeri, after all they charge a bomb for the stay. 3) why charge for activities when you already charging so much for the room.

Location, wise it's awesome. Rooms are just average Service, wise it's too worst, no response from receptionists for majority of the requested. Ex: we don't have proper network in that locality, they have wifi facility, atleast that should provide without any glitch which is missing. Secondly hot water at a time we can fill only 20ltr, beyond that we need to wait for 15min. Finally insects in the room, I understand based on weather conditions it's coming but there is no preventing actions from management to avoid.

Went to resort based on review, but very much disappointed, good facility in terms of size but the maintenance is very poor, slippery walk paths, broken tiles in the rooms, poor network, no landlines for rooms, out of charge dth, uncleaned water bottles( alge inside). Frequent power outage, noisy and frightening ups. Rooms stinks and wash room in reception lobby stinks even bad. Average food. Only postive was staff were very friendly and cooperative.

This was undoubtedly the best experience. This resort doesn't boast of it's great area but what makes it special is the level of service. The staff is also very courteous. The food was good and they were ready to customis. They had lots of indoor activities, nature walk and rope activities. Overall great experience with my friends and family. The property is huge and we'll maintained they had seperate area for campfire and kids play area. Very well maintained and clean room's with good service.Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, morning you can hear the bird's chirping with lush green surrounding and clean campus.

Comfortable spacious rooms and Wonderful resort with sweet hearted staffs. very very helpful people around. Ambience was too good and peaceful place to stay in Coorg. Food was awesome . whoever wants to live in nature can choose this resort. Specially Suma, Shilpa, Jagan, Sanjit, forget some names but all are very very smart staffs. Totally enjoyed my stay and planning to travel with my family too :-)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
