Great ambiance, wonderful staff, make you feel welcome and special. We started for just one day and got to enjoy amazing hospitality. The resort resembles a palace. Rooms were beautifully decorated. The large pool was perfect. The lawn leading to the sea was just breathtaking. Food was great. Complementary room items were surplus. The kids play area was well maintained. There was Christmas carolling and other seasonal activities. Didn't try the gym or the spa. Great place for a memorable trip. Next time, we'll book the villa overlooking the ocean, that can also accommodate more people.

We had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful resort, Kaldan Samudra with my family. It was the perfect pick for a quick getaway with an appealing pool, a wide spread of food and beach views. The place is well maintained and the service is great. Ms Srayashi in particular was immensely helpful when we approached her for planning a surprise for our parents anniversary celebration. She and her team did a nice job to make the day a memorable one. We would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chennai.

The property offers exceptional service with a personal touch from all staff members. Its vast and stunning premises ensure a feeling of constant attention in every corner. Whether by the beautiful swimming pool, the serene beach mornings, or the expansive breakfast, every aspect is enjoyable. The perfect and delicious pizza and dum ghost biryani add to the overall experience, making it an ideal holiday getaway for everyone, catering to all genres. Will definitely come again. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that immediately made me feel like a valued guest. First and foremost, the hotel's amenities were truly outstanding. The rooms were not only spacious but also elegantly adorned and impeccably maintained. The meticulous attention to detail in room design, along with modern conveniences and plush furnishings, created an atmosphere of pure luxury and relaxation. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. What truly set Kaldan Samudhra Palace apart was its exceptional staff. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
