This used to be a very nice hotel. Not any more. Check-in was ok. After entering the room, First thing I had to do was call reception and tell that there was no drinking water in room, No toilet paper roll in bathroom, no towels no bathroom mat, Toilet seat stained and not disinfected No dustbin in room. The room itself was not cleaned properly. I got all the things after multiple calls. In the room,There were hair everywhere and floor wasn't swept or mopped. The bedding was stained and I doubt if it was replaced after last use. Comforter wasn't washed for a long long time. Ordered some tea, the cups were not cleaned properly. The hotel is probably short on staff or trained housekeeping staff, because it seems they have no idea how rooms are cleaned before check in. AC was good. Hot water was good. The reception staff was polite and really wanted to help but they confessed that they are not having enough staff. The housekeeping staff didn't come to clean the room even after many calls. So I went to the reception and sat in the lobby until they sent housekeeping staff. The reception staff was very polite though. The restaurant food is good. Punjabi dishes, naan and fried rice were good. The best thing about the hotel is it's location. It is near to the bus station and railway station. The waiter was asking for tip. If it were not for the restaurant and outside appearance, it is just a lodge dressed as a hotel

Stayed from 15 Nov to 17 Nov 2023..Worst experience. Found lots of cockroaches in rooms 203, 308 so changed to 304. Room cleaning not done every day..There was dust on every furniture. didnt get complimentary water bottle too, when asked for, i was told Water bottles stock at the hotel got over. No management, u ask for something and it doesnt get delivered or takes forever. Total disappointment, for people coming to Lord Balaji darshan from other states. Bathroom are having yellow spots all over and looks very old with water stains. You charge high prices but i expect quality service. For 1 hour extra they asked for 2000/- which is illogical. Will never recommend this hotel. Better check Minerva or Bliss. Giving 1 star for high price and poor service/comfort.

WORTS PLACE TO STAT!! DO NOT BOOK . Horrible service. The hotel management is full of false service. They cant even change the bed cover on request. Even after multiple calls and requesting then in person at reception, still no one comes to do the house keeping. Worst place to stay. Do not even book this by mistake. Its not worth any amount paid. Horrible hotel management. They should shur this hotel, at least people wont get fooled to book it through online websites.

Decent place for short stay. Spacious and comfortable. Approach road is congested. Parking is limited. Only Veg food is available and good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
