        Rooms are average. Bathroom and toilet is the worst. Shower doesn't work and wasn't fixed until the time I checked out. Room stinks. It's not clean. I wouldn't suggest this place.

        Had a great experience staying at Walom Grand hotel recently. The hotel is pretty new, hygiene, and surrounded by nice greenery. Should mention about the food they provide in the restaurant, which is really yummy and a high quality one. The hotel staff has been really supportive. A special mention to Ali, who takes care of the front desk, is the go to guy for any kind of help. If you are new to goa, he will help you with plenty of options and suggestions according to your holiday interests. A big thanks to the hotel and Ali, for making our stay a memorable one. Looking forward to visit again. All the best !!

        It was an ok stay. There were a number of electricity cuts during the night And early morning there was loud drilling noise coming from the top floor due to some renovation work going on in the hotel. It was very disappointing that someone pays so much yet not able to sleep comfortably.

        They dont provide necessary amenities in the room. We booked for 3 and asked for extra bed, they said extra bed are not Available, no hand wash,body lotion,shower not working, tap of wash basin always fall down. The room service was also lame; it took 1/2 hour to get fresh towels. Only good point : pool, spacious room n food; but again for this price they should give more service like other resorts nearby gives

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
