        I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and I wanted to share my experience, hoping that it would contribute to the improvement of your services. While I appreciated certain aspects of my stay, I encountered some concerning issues that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. Firstly, I must express my disappointment with the staff's attitude during my visit. It seemed that the service lacked the warmth and hospitality one would expect from a 4-star establishment. I believe that a friendly and accommodating staff greatly enhances the overall guest experience. The experience and hospitality I felt is something that could be found in 2 or 3 star rated hotels Moreover, I observed some hygiene issues in the kitchen that raised concerns. Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen is crucial for the well-being of your guests, and it is an aspect that should not be overlooked. Additional to this, I encountered a rather unpleasant incident with finding a cockroach in my food. This was a disconcerting experience that significantly impacted my perception of the hotel's overall cleanliness and food safety standards. The problem lies behind the staff's unwavering attitude of not accepting it as cockroach. The GM, and Hotel Manager accepted the mistake, kitchen manager still refused to accept the mistake. He was very resistant, that was an uncomfortable experience for our overall family, because that type of mistake could seriously land someone in a hospital bed with heavy food poisoning. I understand that challenges can arise in the hospitality industry, and my intention is not to criticize but to offer constructive feedback. I believe addressing these issues will contribute to the enhancement of your guests' experiences and the overall reputation of Kamay. I hope my feedback is taken in the spirit of improvement, and I look forward to hearing about the steps you plan to take to address these steps

        I had one day booking and booked a river view room. The room was very good and the view of ganga was awesome.Staff was very cooperative. Service was very good. Food taste was awesome. We are extremely happy to stay in this hotel.

        The worst experience we had on our trip. The washrooms were not clean. It had mold all over the bathroom. The food was horrible and spoiled. 4 members of our family had food poisoning after eating it. Do not recommend.

        We stayed in this hotel for four nights. The top floor river view room was excellent with a great view of Holy river Ganga and lush green mountains. The restaurant is excellent with great food and service. We used to come back to the restaurant for food every day to have food. There is a beach on the river bank near to the hotel which is a very peaceful place.The General Manager and all staff were very courteous and highly professional. Overall we had a lovely time staying in this hotel.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
