About 1.5 km before bus stand. Situated on the hill side. Good view from valley view rooms with balconies. Poorly maintained with musty, mouldy rooms. Bedding, pillows have odd smells, no deep cleaning been done.Had to switch rooms due to power issue in first room in first 3 hours. Parking available with a steep downhill private road. Isolated area, food options are expensive.

Worst experience, poor service, gyser was not working,... They provided hot water in bucket... Jet was of extreme pressure like in car service center..... In-room slippers was provided.... Kettle was dirty, glasses was dirty Food quality was of poor taste... We ordered paneer butter masala and its of bad taste... Breakfast was very ordinary.. . Even they use low quality butter and not amul butter. Overall its a bad experience, will never recommend to anyone.

What an amazing stay, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Went an extra mile to serve you better. The huge balcony in front of the hotel restaurant was an added point. It overlooked the entire valley. It was just surreal 😊

I am staying in this hotel on 16th Dec 2023 with our 10 more club members we had very bitter experience . No cooperation. From staff as we need get together in open area ad they clearly denied for any open party even their manager mr sunil denied to drink wine as what is fun if you restict us for everything and moreover room service is too poor but parking staff is good and cooperative

Hi class hotel with all amenities. Reception people are little rude. Food is tasty but taking long time. Restaurant view and room balcony views are good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
