The campsite may look appealing at first glance, but it has strict policies in place that may hinder your enjoyment. For instance, there is only one designated spot for a bonfire, which must be shared among all the guests. Moreover, the spot can only accommodate 10 people comfortably, with a maximum of 15 people. The staff's response to any inquiries or requests is usually a straight "NO." The food is quite expensive, and the quantity provided is not worth the cost, and it doesn't taste great either. Additionally, hot water takes hours to come, and the toilet flush doesn't work correctly on multiple occasions. However, the breakfast served was quite good.

Never gonna visit again. Never gonna refer anyone else. No proper response and service given by the staff. Asked for hot water more than 100 times still didn't receive. Unclean rooms and unhygienic beds. Very dim lights cannot even see yourself. No mirrors in the room. Flush problem. Blankets were stinky and dusty. Food is very expensive not worth it.

Disgusting place. Can be said to be on the outskirts of kasol. No proper cupboard also in room. Looks like a jail cell tbh (minus the heated blankets). No proper charging points. The flush doesn't work, neither did they repaid it nor did they change the room(even though there were only 2-3 rooms occupied), this after the tap that supplies water to the flush broke off resulting in a private fountain. (The repaired the broken tap though after half an hour). Till 2 am they play trance .. at full volume so it's impossible to sleep. Absolutely worse in every respect. For this price u can get a 3 star equivalent room in kasol. Go anywhere but here

The location is good but the overall experience of staying here is worst. There is no hot water available, no service at all when need to request something. Worst experience.

No to visit hotel ever again … service zero no hot water given and all the photos which are given by them on google are fake it is not the same as in photos …. Electricity problem hot water problem flush problem jet problem … wasted time and money living there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
