        During my recent stay at Katriya Hotel & Towers in Hyderabad, I encountered a blend of positive and negative experiences. On the positive side, the service for small requests, like obtaining salt and pepper, was excellent, showcasing the attentiveness of the staff in the dining area. However, my room experience (Room 529) was far from satisfactory. The room lacked basic amenities like toilet paper. More concerning was the malfunctioning toilet, which overflowed upon flushing, and a light fixture that was missing a switch, making it unusable. Additionally, the television in the room did not work, further diminishing the comfort of my stay. I brought these issues to the attention of the reception staff, who acknowledged the problems and promised to provide a different room. Unfortunately, this promise was not fulfilled, leaving me in the same uncomfortable situation. It is my hope that the hotel management will address these concerns, especially the state of Room 529, as it is currently not fit for a comfortable stay. While the staff's responsiveness to small requests was commendable, the lack of action regarding the significant room issues was disappointing. For future guests, I recommend verifying the room's condition before settling in.

        I had booked 2 rooms for 4 nights , Major issue is all new staff with lack of experience. House keeping is worst.In evening no body from house keeping responds.I stayed because General Manager himself was at reception resolving issues . Neelofar was also helpful & provided 2 rooms with common door. Rest of staff is head count only. Breakfast & room service was good. Management should take seriously on House keeping & regular maintenance of facilities, if improved in above said areas you can become one of the best hotel in city.

        Very bad management. Had to wait for an hour before getting the room. We requested for twin bed but even after agreement they sent us to room with small single bed. Later it was changed to twin bed room. It took 5 calls and almost 3 hours to get water. Bathroom and toilet not clean. Poorly managed room. Absolutely not for family.

        This is one of the worst 3 star hotel, I have visited ever in my life. The rooms are too old, electrical plugs are broken. Rooms are not clean, the washrooms are the worst. The cleaning and maintenance staff is very less, because of which the rooms cleanliness is not up to the mark. The receptionist took nearly 2 hours to allocate a room to us, and same was with the other people. When we complained about the cleanliness they took 2 more hours for changing the room. The biggest problem they have is, their room allocation system. We were allocated a room and same room got allocated to other couple also which caused trouble to both of us.

        Sad that we booked here...I think this hotel fits for hostel use or just marriage audience. Surely not for corporates. I was lucky to have the hot water and AC working but everything is in shambles. Room quality, phone, wardrobe and basic amenities. The restaurant buffet was so sad that even the stewards who were from trainee colleges seem least concerned. Over all absolutely a No No for all reasons.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
