Last month, on the 23rd, I made a reservation at a fantastic hotel. It was a picturesque location with a refreshing cool breeze in the evening, and we could even hear the soothing sounds of a small river nearby. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Dining amidst the lush green plantation was a wonderful experience. They provided RO water and all the necessary essentials. I plan to return to the same place next year; it holds cherished memories for me. Additionally, there were memorable evenings with campfires and DJ music amidst the foggy mountains. The staff who served us were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and there was also a play area for kids.

Amazing amazing homestay!! The food was very reasonable and tasty! Idlis were amazing!! The view was serene and exactly as shown in pictures!! Absolutely in awe of the view from the balcony! Washrooms were really very very clean! Daniel and his team were very polite and kind with their amazing hospitality and helped us with everything and were very flexible too. Whatever we asked, they were always ready to provide very quickly. Loved the service! Must must visit if you are in Kodai. Worth the money!!

We had a pleasant stay in KBS. Thanks to Mr.Daniel for his kind gesture and help. He was very friendly and ready to provide whatever we required.. Food was very tasty.. Everyone liked the food.. Ambience was good.. Nice view from balcony. Noise of stream from balcony was awesome.. Hope to visit again in future...

Hi I am dhanabalan from karur. I have stayed here with my family b/n 29th and 30.07.2023. I felt good there. Great hospitality. Location is very nice. Especially breakfast and supper were so good. Incharge Mr.DANIEL supported a lot. My kids enjoyed. Economically good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
