        If you are looking for budget hotel near to Chennai airport then Hotel KEK GRAND Park is the best option. It's just 3 km away from Chennai airport. Rooms are very neat and clean. Very well maintained too. Washroom is also neat and clean. If talk about the services, it's too good. Receptionist is very caring, cooperative and helpful. Other staff members are also very much obedient and supportive. They serve Tea coffee and some selected foods throughout the night so if you are coming late at night from the airport, you will surely get good food. Seating and waiting area near reception as well as at every floor also proves that they care. Only minus point is the locality or surrounding area of the hotel is little bit dirty or crowded but Chennai airport is in the city unlike other cities so we must ignore this little point. Parking the car is also small issue but we shouldn't worry about because hotelier take care and park the vehicle very safely. So I prefer to give 5 stars to hotel KEK Grand Park considering my personal experience for staying one night.

        Avoid at all cost. Quoted different prices was told transfer included in price but it wasn't, taxi driver from the airport looking for separate payment. First room I was put in on groundfloor was filty, black hands and foot prints on the walls and plaster falling off, the smell of damp was awful. The second room I was put in was dramatically better but had hair and foot prints on the bedsheets, I doubt they wash between guests. I left after i charged my phone enough to call an uber. The porters were lovely, but the night reception manager was rude to them, and abusive towards me when I came down and asked to leave and for my money back. He was roaring and shouting at me and making sarcastic comments basically calling me stupid. In the end I spoke to the owner on the phone who eventually agreed to refund me. I wanted a few hours rest between flights and it was actually a nightmare. Avoid.

        Very Poor Worst Waste Rude Annoying Irritating Tension 1 Must give zero star, never ever book here. 2.Full money motive zero hospitality they will make u irritated by speaking and asking more money even for 2/3hrs. 3. If you book online also he will not give room and demand to cancel and ask pay offline extra money. 4.You will loose your temper and must start fighting with receptionst , he is expert in talking and will make u go out or come to his point. 5.Hotel workers all north indians also rude will scold you in Hindhi if you ask bedsheet not neat kind, because of the hotel management having the Idiotic Unprofessional Receptionist. Cons: 1. Receptionst Ibrahim he is manging the hotel, he is very rude and his talk like he is some Hod/tata/brila. 2.Every hotel has checkin and checkout time,but here if you book a timeslot if you dont come also it doesn't matter, we must leave on check out time I am talking about offline booking. Pros: Prime location Final verdict: If you go hotel for peace and relax never ever go to the Hotel.

        I had a connecting flight so was here for just 4 hours here. They quoted me a different price on phone and during pickup from the airport but upon checking charged way more. Promised airport drop and pickup, but didn’t drop me when I made a small request of stopping by at a nearby temple for 10 mins, even when I was willing to pay. NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND.

        I have stayed two time in this hotel, near Chennai airport, It's in a busy area with Maket around, and amazing foods available around. The hotel is very clean and staffs are very friendly.If you are in transit and do quick shopping this area is very easy. Fashion design clothes for all, medicines, foods, fruits and vegetables, gifts etc.
