What a horrific experience we had with this hotel booking. We had 3 rooms booked in advance by paying full amount 1 month prior to visit. Hotel owner agreed for early check-in and our other requirements at the time of booking. When we reached at 4am for check-in, the receptionist told us there are no rooms at the moment. Even though we had our rooms pre-booked. He was so arrogant and unprofessional with us. We thought of complaining about this to local police station. But after arguing for an hour he somehow agreed to give us 2 rooms at the moment and 1 room after half an hour. The drama was so long that I can't explain in few words. My genuine suggestion is don't make pre-booking here.

We booked 3 rooms in this hotel one month before our arrival. As our check in was on 4 am so we booked it for whole day. When we went to hotel at 4 am, the man on the reception was saying he is not having any room . Through it was already booked, he was saying as we are not having room I cant do anything. We were calling his owner, he was not picking our call, we shown him all the payment details etc. after that he tried to call his owner, then picked call from hotel number. Then suddenly 3 rooms becomes available. Then also he was like we can not give extra matrices, towels etc. very bad experience in this hotel. Almost half to one hour wasted because of this kind of behaviour of management

Some rooms are ok.. but others are very compact.. washroom has issue The breakfast was ok ok. I am not sure how it is marked as 3 star.. it should be 1 star only Only advantage is near airport around 3-4 km

I recently stayed at this hotel, after having a problem with my original booking at hotel Stanley. Before I get into the story, this hotel is simply unhygienic, dirty and lacks a sense of hospitality. Do not go by the positive reviews. I feel a lot these are fake. The rooms are just pathetic. Bathrooms were dirty, sheets were dirty. We actually slept without a quilt with air conditioner because we just couldn't use those quilts. Somehow they have made the photos look really good but the reality is completely different. That said, I'd strongly recommend not staying in any hotel that is linked to the chain that owns this one. See the image attached. the chain is called Foxi hotels. Among other hotels they own the hotel Stanley by lord grand. We had a harrowing experience recently (Aug 2023) when we had booked hotel Stanley through Agoda for our stay in Delhi and found that the hotel actually is not operational when we reached the site. The property owners were unreachable (phones switched off). This was at 10 Pm in the night and I had 4 senior citizens with me who were tired of travelling. If you want to read a detailed review, I have attached images of the review that I just posted on google maps and Tripadvisor for that hotel and my booking. If you actually go to the hotel on google maps and read the review, you will even see my booking details and chat with the Agoda customer care to substantiate my claims.

Rooms are good but the reciptionist was very money minded no food availability bedsheets were not clean full of hairs and pillow covers too. But i would say a little overpriced as compared to avilable facilites . If you want to see delhi then dont stay in mahipalpur its a vilage better go to some place good . You will enjoy your trip

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
