Safe Location & contemporary clean spacious rooms is what I better summarize. Since it is a small, stand alone single building, some tourists may not be able to judge whether to book or not. But our stay was very comfortable, enjoyed the closeness to boat house(1km). Rooms were very spacious. Nothing to complain.

This is my 4th visit to Kemps Cave Hotel with family & friends at Ooty, this is the perfect hotel for a weekend & holiday getaway, The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of south Indian dishes and any customer demands for other regional foods are also considered by the hotel while booking. Thank you for providing me with a memorable experience. Please extend my gratitude to your entire team. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown. We will come again!

Exorbitant in pricing, lazy pathetic in service, very unprofessional staff. I'm waited for my towel and soap throughout my stay. The rooms had moulds from water seepage. When the staff was informed, they said "oh! The last guests also didn't inform them." This is just the highlights. Totally not recommended this place.

Located near the lake in ooty, I highly recommend this hotel for it's excellent clean rooms with toilets, as well as service. overall it's made our stay more comfortable and happy.

We stayed 1 night with family in 4 rooms. Reception and room boys are very supportive. Rooms and washrooms very clean. Price also reasonable. Only thing they have to take care is that the bedsheet and the blankets. There are stains on them. Also they asked for full amount in advance but didn't give us invoice, felt strange

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
