Excellent connectivity. This hotel is at a prime location. Reasonably well maintained although time has come for the hotel management to change furniture and fittings… The thing I liked about the hotel is warm hospitality. Food quality and taste was very good. But options are limited. Cost wise looks okay.

The complete Hotels needs renovation, all that we were allocated to us I.e. three rooms and all them had black fungus and paint chipping off. The rooms doesn’t have any sort of ventilation hence after bath you can feel the room floor getting wet due to moisture buildup in the room. They say bathroom has exhaust but believe me it won’t work. And they don’t have geyser and mostly rely on solar powered hot water so best of luck getting hot water during non sunny days. People smoking is common in this hotel, if you are someone who can’t handle this don’t book here. If someone is smoking in there room it will make it your bathroom via exhaust system totally dose the opposite work. BTW hotel mentioned all the room are non smoking. Food is decent and over priced. You will have to pay 120/- for tea and coffee that taste like water. Service is below average.

One of the best place to stay in Tirupati. Very cordial staff and we had a very good stay there. The staff cooperated with us to cook a small meal for my infant.. Will stay here again whenever I come to again this hotel

The only positive of this place is the taste of their food, the rest is pathetic. This hotel really needs some serious renovation. Only the reception area looks fancy. Rooms are filled with black fungus on walls, no ventilation at all, centralized AC and exhaust. If we take a hot water bath, the entire room will become a sauna with steam. Windows are fixed, can't open them. Bedsheets have stains on them. We had a terrible experience there. When we checked in they gave us a room with a lot of black fungus on the walls, and asked them to change. The next room's bathroom was filled with a smoking smell the whole night, we called reception, and they came and saw the room and said exhaust is switched off, we will turn it on in another 30 minutes. If you have centralized exhaust, why will you turn it off? We had to go to reception and talk to them and only then they will try to address the problems. Unreasonably high food prices. If we ordered a coffee to our room, they quoted 125 rupees and the coffee taste was awful. The water bottle that they were serving in their restaurant was Kinley and they were charging 60 for it, I asked why it was 3 times more than its actual price, but they had no answer and said it had been followed for many years. We went with an infant and we were scared to be in that room with fungus. Since it was raining heavily that day, we didn't change the hotel. We just wanted to get out of that place as soon as possible. I would strongly recommend people not to go to this hotel until its renovated.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
