Stayed at Kenilworth recently for 4 days. Food is good in breakfast. Services in dining are also good. Location also good. But the overall quality of room furnishing, maintenance etc. are not so good. Everyday there was some technical problem (phone, fridge, extra noise etc.) Overall staff hospitality is decent, but can be improved for a 4 star category.

Amazing property. Beautiful and eye pleasing, ambiance was amazing and the services and staff was really professional, sweet and helpful. The food tastes delicious with a vide variety in their breakfast buffet.

Kevin was absolutely amazing!! Best person there Most of the people are very friendly but the restaurant need to change the way they operate. Like as soon I enter the restaurant it is like i have suddenly entered a place which is completely different than rest of the hotel and I say this in a bad way. Casual attitude. Employees singing with guests in the restaurant while cleaning the tables etc Rest everything was just perfect!!

Ground staff was very polite and helpful specially Sagnik, but this Sangita from Back office booking team was least co-operative, not accepting her fault, blaming me for giving the confirmation late but not a single intimation was given that my booking was not done. A business of 1 lakh was given to Kenilworth in 2 days but never felt it was worth. My event would have got cancelled if i would have not called her directly to ask if it's done or not even after confirming it on mail. Also my hall was shifted to another location without any prior intimation and after asking her for an explanation she blamed me for not going through her mails. Seriously if that's the way I'm being treated then why should I even think of giving you'll business. Not a single time i was made felt that i would be able to finish my training in that place. On the last day she called me just to inform me my time was over and I've to sum up the event. 15 min of time was also not adjusted by her.

New year 2024 dinner buffet The buffet fell way below expectation. 1. Place shortage . Number of bookings too many 2.Many items but poor quality except the dessert counter which was face saving 3. There was no one to show the way the guests left to negotiate their own way through the maze of menu 4. The food especially the whole steam fish was placed out of easy reach 5. In the live grill counter service was purposefully slow so they could save on the prawns and squid. The music was so loud no conversation was possible. We went as a family and could not do usual joking and fun talk just a big disappointment to a looked forward evening. Really disappointed.AND AT 3000 PER HEAD COST THE WHOLE THING WAS COMPLETE SCAM

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
