We had a great relaxing 3 days at Kenilworth. We were travelling with 2 small kids. The property is fabulous with big swimming pools and jacuzzi. There was a swim up bar as well. There is plenty of space to stroll around as well which is well maintained. The giant size chess pieces looks somewhat dinged though. The restaurants have good ambiance and food was really good. Service wise its 5/5, they really cared about the diet restrictions for our two kids and made special arrangements for them. Oh, and its right on the beach!! The beach itself is clean and not too crowded. Rooms could use some attention. We found our room not exactly free of dust. The decoration on the wall was kind of half complete as well. The door to the gallery was too heavy and stuck open

A peaceful environment makes it a suitable accommodation option, but the staff lacks the level of training expected from a 5-star establishment. Contrary to the lobby's promises, no activities are organized for children. Additionally, despite providing advance notice, they were unable to accommodate a delayed checkout by 2 hours. Additional charges apply for amenities such as cycling and the fun zone.

This place doesn’t give you a 5 star service. The property and location is good but food and service is just below average. We have opted for one major meal and breakfast included. The buffet spread at dinner was so limited and tasteless. Just one live counter for pasta and it’s repeated on next day dinner. At a 5 star resort the options should be definite more. Even with limited options, the taste was not upto the mark. Service was so pathetic that no one even bothered to clear our plates. Same with the breakfast spread. About rooms, they are nice clean and cozy. But one thing though, if we opt for a suite category room, they deny extra mattress for child. I am not sure how will a family of 4 with 2 kids sleep on a single king sized bed so we ended up going for a superior deluxe just so that we get an extra mattress for one of our kid. This was our second visit here and overall we are disappointed. This used to be a good place before.

The experience during the whole check in to check out is amazing. Rooms are very clean Swimming pool maintenance is very good. They too have jacuzzi. Breakfast options are too good and tastes very nice. Beach is right behind the resort. Enjoyed morning run in the beach. Overall amazing

Overall it was a wonderful stay. The rooms though far from the sea had a some Oceanview. The pool is large. Though the beach slightly dirty, still usable. The food quality & the spread was good. The service staff were quite helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
