Woow, experience! The name does not say much... but great view and fully equipped huge rooms. Great if you are traveling with family, especially with kids. The pool is good to hang out with friends. The location is a bit off, but the locality is good. You can spend long days in the hotel and make it as a base for your travels. The food in the attached restaurant is good but the service spoils the experience. Hotel service is also average.

Stayed here for two days and what to say you are getting the best deal for the money you pay. Its an apartment room with all the facilities. Great view if you opt for lake side. Definitely recommend this property. I will surely be a frequent customer herafter during my cochin travel.

Having stayed at this place multiple times, I continue to be impressed by the consistent high level of service and comfort. The staffs are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. Sincere thanks to Maria who always make the booking process easier for me and showing genuine interest in ensuring my comfort and also thanks to Banush for his exceptional service. Their commitment to delivering top-notch service is truly commendable. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities and beautiful lake view. LOVELY modern apartment/style rooms with multi-bedroom suites available. Ours included one bedroom, kitchen, mini fridge, washer and dryer! Gorgeous view of bay and pool area. Pool is nice for families. HOWEVER, the fitness area/gym is too hot for recreation and none of the jacuzzi, sauna or steam room amenities were functional. The resto downstairs (Cochin kitchen) was not good food. The hotel is 30 minutes from Fort Kochi and not walking distance to any shops. Still a decent value for a comfortable spot!

We found this service apartment at it's best service. All staffs are good and especially Ms.Maria always giving special care. Easy to book through phone if you are a regular customer. discounts are also offered to regular customers. Any time anything their staffs will be available. until now we have not experienced any kind of poor service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
