        I have had worst experience with this place and service was really bad, there was several times we asked for clean bedsheets, towels water etc. but they were least concerned about it. There reception number never worked, AC remote was not working, and most of the times there was power outages with no backup. There bathrooms are not maintained properly with flush not working, hot water not running, shower tap not moving and exhaust bringing all the gross smell from back gutter, the drainage system was horrible and it was smelly all the way in the rooms and outside. There was lot of network issue and transport problems making this hotel a waste. The management is filled with slackers who do not have solutions for their problems but only try to cover up by blaming the guests. Horrible experience, its better to go to a normal hotel who provide prompt service and cleaner environment. In reply to the response from the owner- this place does not value its guests at all, it was a wedding where our guests suffered and we all together had a terrible experience, the staff talk very nicely when you go to them for certain requests and then do not live up to the expectations, even charges extra for no reason. They never provided guest with clean bedsheets, bathrooms common and private. No breakfast as part of the package and charges extra for electricity, pool, chairs etc. so many miscellaneous charges even though we paid them extra as per price card. Fraudulent claims and even police was not on their side. This hotel does not even deserve a 1 rating. Full of bugs and gutter smell. Good luck for the guest who still chose to stay at this place for no value for your money

        I was on a holiday with family to Rajasthan and in Udaipur we stayed at Keshav resort. The resort is very peaceful with nice. The operations manager Mr. Ravindra Singh was very accommodative and approachable at any time. The services in the resort was good. The food was very tasty and served hot to your table. Overall the stay and food was awesome.

        Awesome resort. I have best experience in there and I never face this experience among all resort in udaipur. All staffs are very clever and i really like this resort from my bottom heart.

        Very disappointed with the hotel and it's services. I booked more than 20 rooms at the hotel and most of them had a very foul smell. The bathrooms stinked a lot. There were bugs. Bathrooms weren't clean. AC didn't work in a few rooms. Some of them didn't have hot water. Many times during the day there was no electricity. No network and connectivity as well. Forget being able to use the hotel wifi, you will not even be able to use your own phone's mobile data at this location. Bedsheets and towels had stains. It was a horrible experience for me and all of my guests. This place is not worth a penny. I wish I hadn't booked this place. Please make a smarter choice and don't book this hotel or you'll regret it.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
