        Off Ashram Road, mine was a good room, compact but comfortable, bathroom was large. Breakfast was good. The restaurant was nicely decked up in a rustic way. 2 issues, parking can be an issue, but they can park your vehicle on main road for you. 2nd issue was noise from adjacent rooms. I would give a 3.5-4 star.

Despite clearly communicating my need for an early check-in during the reservation process, the manager, upon my arrival, stated that it was not possible due to room unavailability. Additionally, he refused to provide the WiFi password, insisting that it could only be given during the official check-in. Despite expressing my exhaustion after a challenging 20-hour journey, the manager showed no empathy or willingness to assist. Instead, he expected me to wait for six hours without even offering a glass of water. Throughout the interaction, the manager maintained a disrespectful attitude, consistently dismissing my requests and displaying a rude demeanor. It's important to note that several guests had checked out just before my arrival, making the denial of an early check-in seem unwarranted. The receptionist also appeared unapologetic and indifferent to the inconvenience caused.

        A little away from airport. Room was good with good interior, clean bathroom and AC. Ordered veg thali for dinner. Filling and tasty. Reasonably priced too. Card for door opening never got to me. Each time I had to call someone to help me in. They have a small library downstairs in reception area.

        The food quality was very poor. There were worms in the juice we took from the dispenser. There were flies in the milk can. We had kids with us. It is completely unacceptable and we will raise a complaint with the consumer forum. The tariff is too much. ₹ 7,000 with breakast.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
