I recently stayed there in June, 2021. The owner - Mr. Chandel is a very nice person exuding warm hospitality vibes. He made sure that we have the best time of our small vacation at his property. He is a diligent person who knows importance of 'word of mouth' in hospitality industry. Three cheers to him for all his efforts for adding awesome memories. And the review can not be complete without mentioning - Rakesh, the helper. He is an awesome cook, a very good listener and a good guide.

A perfect getaway right in the midst of nature! My family and I stayed at the cottages for five days and I just cannot recommend the place enough. It has all the basic facilities at a location that is away from the hustle-bustle of the city, and is a perfect spot for a rejuvenating, memorable trip. Here is a detailed review of all the different aspects of my stay at the place: 1. Host- The hosts were kind and welcoming, often encouraging us to interact with the local community to ensure that we get the full experience of staying in a quaint, little village near the main city. They ensured that all our basic needs were well looked after and were also eager for feedback from time to time. 2. Staff- The people working at the cottages were very humble, helpful and welcoming. They even helped us pick out fruits from the nearby apple trees in the cottage orchard! Our breakfast, lunch and dinner were delivered right on time and cleanliness was well looked after. Any requests were met with a 'yes ma'am' or 'yes sir' and delivered on right away! 3. Location- The cottages are located in a small village just near Kufri. If you're looking for a local experience of a lifetime, you need not look any further! 4. Food- The food served during our stay was homestyle comfort food that will ensure you don't miss your home! Very simple yet tasty food that you will look forward to after an engaging day during your stay. The hosts always asked for our preferences before each meal to ensure we got what we were craving that day! Also, the dal makhani and rajma is to die for :) 5. Activities- The most common activities during our stay included bonfires and scenic viewing right beside the cottage. On days where we did not want to travel too far to visit the city, we picnicked near the cottage as its surrounded by beautiful viewpoints of the valley. It made for a tranquil experience that made you forget all your worries! The hosts were also happy to offer their expertise on hidden gems that you could visit in the city, apart from the usual tourist places. To sum up our experience, the whole trip felt like a warm embrace from the local community while also enjoying the tourist-y parts of town :) Bonus tip: If you love pets or dogs, the resident dog Jojo will be sure to melt your heart away!

The resort is really beautiful and small in a remote village called Kuftu in Kufri, Simla.The location is the best thing about it, really picture perfect sorounded by mountains and apple trees. We are from Kerala and loved our stay there, the food, and the courtesy of the Staff. Just loved it...

Just amazing, excellent resort Location - 5/5 ( On the top of the mountain) Cottages - 5/5 ( Huge and wooden) Cottage Clean - 5/5 ( Neat and clean without any smell) Food - Delicious and tasty ( Homemade, also if you want any specific thing you can also get that cooked but you have to tell them in time) Now most amazing experience i had STAFF - 5/5 - Most amazing people i have ever met in my entire life. I have been to more than 20 diff resorts within HP but staff overe herr is so so polite and nice. Vineet and one more person they are well behaved and good to converse with. Best thing is you can also get inside their kitchen in order to see what they are doing and how do they cook. Also many many thanks to the owner Mr. Sunil and Mr.Deepak.

If I had one word for the place, it would be picturesque. The experience of the stay is just amazing, and honestly if you're bored with the usual tourism ways, you'll greatly appreciate the fresh take on hospitality provided here. Truly exceptional. 10/10 worth staying.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
