        The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated near all the main attractions of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished with all the modern amenities. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, and they made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The service was prompt, and they went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met.

        Bad management 😡 I am deeply disappointed with Kiscol Grands for their unreliable and unprofessional conduct, specifically regarding the payment for services rendered to my friends. Despite agreements, the hotel failed to fulfill their commitment, paying only a fraction of the agreed-upon amount. Attempts to address and resolve this issue have been met with sheer negligence and a lack of responsiveness from the management. It's disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for financial commitments, tarnishing the reputation of Kiscol Grands. I strongly caution others against engaging with this establishment, as their failure to honor agreements raises serious concerns about their reliability and business ethics. My friends' experience reflects a pattern of irresponsibility that should not be overlooked by potential customers.

        Hotel Kiscol Grands The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms have ample space. I had an amazing experience with my family at this place! Clean rooms and washrooms! The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices, from South Indian dishes to continental food. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and neat hotel at a decent rate.

        Had an amazing stay at this wonderfully maintained property. The cleanliness of the hotel is quite commendable. But the highlight is the food - the sheer pricing, quantity and taste would leave you dumbfounded. You would guess that at a hotel like this food would either be a bit expensive or portions would be small, but I was blown away by both their quantity and the extremely affordable pricing of their food options. They also have a good breakfast buffet spread. Would highly recommend. I’m definitely booking this hotel again if I’m back in town.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
