Hotel is good, but staff has to learn a lot about courtesy to guests and Welcoming them. We had 5 baggage’s and had to carry our baggage by our own. Receptionist has to be more active and fast in her work. Even after requesting for some room boy to carry our baggage, she ignored it and simply handed over the room keys to us and let us decide which way and which floor to go.

I would not recommend this hotel especially for out of state travellers. 1. The person at the reception at night was not well versed in English and only spoke Malayalam. 2. The room service is also not up to the mark. Need to inform them repeatedly regarding any material reqd. Had ordered milk and 2 coffees but only 1 coffee was brought. 3. On check in , basic stuff like towels , napkins were not available in the room. 4. We needed a taxi for the airport which was more than double the normal fare which is routine as informed by the receptionist. 5. I would not recommend the bar at the hotel as the ambience is not to the standard you would expect. Has the look of a shady bar replete with dim lights. 6. Rooms are not sound proof. Was treated to racous noise from the room next door late in to the night. Complaining to the reception does not help as they informed us to "adjust" Would highly recommend the hotel to look into these problems and rectify them at the earliest

We lived in this hotel for 2 days and we were served well with the good service from the check in to the check out process. All I want to say is that the rooms fair was quite high compared to other same hotels. We found The same hotel with the same amenities and more l in Alleppey hotels with high tech and good food taste. We didn't like the food of KKM International hotel. The smell of the cafeteria was bad and it smelled like something different. Need to improve on the food quality and services.

Stayed in this hotel for the first time when I went to Thiruvananthapuram for official purposes. From reception to room service was very good. Internet connectivity was very slow. The matter was reported to the General Manager. But he did not seem to have much interest in dealing with the guest. However, the two-day stay and the food were good. Good location good rooms. Management should try to improve the service.
