So it started when we entered the hotel, first thing that we observed that the flush wasn’t working, we complained the same moment about it, but no response from their end, after sometime they said they will call a plumber but that never happened, it’s almost my check out time but no resolution. No towels were kept from the beginning, after demanding towels for over 15 calls attempts, I got the last towel today. Breakfast was ordered at 8.30 am and it was served at 10 am, further to my disappointment, they forgot to add salt in the breakfast. Guess what, Goibibo is charging a bomb for something like this, there are much better hotels available at 1400 and below for 3 people whereas I paid Rs.2091 for this big time disappointment

Overall, there were many problems with room. Fan regulator, ac remote, TV remote, intercom not working. No lock in bathroom. The staff is quite rude and wants to extort money by any way. Location is close to New Delhi railway station so that's a bit beneficial. Stay here if you wanna have beer for a day with friends. Enjoy and leave.

We booked triple room after check in only we no triple room available they give triple room to someone offline. Room not neat and clean bedsheet not neat no towel available. No hot water totally worst experience, booked through goibibo after seeing their room photos. After our complaint they refunded the entire amount.

Room is in not as per price. In my room all bulb not light, I complaint about this but not repaired. Even food is costly but not tasty. Road side food is better than its . There is actually setting, when you visit paharganj side new Delhi railway station in waiting room , guide will suggest only that hotel to stay. So I suggest that one should book hotel only after visiting and seeing room condition. It's location is also in congested area.

Hotel is located in interior place no auto, taxi can enter into the place. Secondly no wifi, hot water is available, A.C remote is not working. For Check out the hotel staff waited us for 15 minutes but the hotel bedroom and bathroom is neat and clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
