During our New Year’s staycation at the beautiful resort, my partner and I were excited to escape the hot weather and relax in a luxurious setting. The property itself was stunning, We were disappointed with the average service we received during our stay. While the staff were friendly, they seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to slow service and a lack of attention to detail. Despite this, we still enjoyed our time at the resort. Overall, while the property was impressive, we were left feeling underwhelmed by the service and hope that the resort will make improvements in the future.

Honest review? Great venue and location ruined by the worst management and customer service with zero hotel etiquette. They’re money minded and hardly care about your comfort. Power kept going off on the geysers and hot water was a challenge. They will charge you for room heater, fireplace, camp fire and every little thing they could make money out off. Very rude staff behaviour. The hotel guys came running with the receipt/bill when we were planning the event in front of everyone(family/friends) who were there. They have bath tubs but they said it’s no usable because they consume a lot of water. Very cheap behaviour. Broken door knobs, freshly painted rooms with pungent smell, dark rooms with almost 0 lighting, leaking taps, lights won’t switch off when needed, and so much more to complain. Worst was, when we asked for a cot to help an old person from my family, they didn’t even try and said no.

The vintage property boasts outstanding landscaping and a beautiful garden, creating a picturesque environment. However, the rooms fell short of expectations with aging furniture and moisture condensation in the roof. On a positive note, the restaurant served tasty food, and the staff were courteous, efficiently addressing all necessities.

It’s like the walls are made of paper; couldn’t sleep 1 bit. Every little noise travels inside. Rooms were freezing; no heaters. Bathrooms stink. Got food poisoning on day 2. Kettle had stuff floating in it.

Awesome maintenance. Rooms are well cleaned. Good customer service. Friendly staffs. Location is very apt for visiting spots. Grasses are very well maintained inside resort and good for photography

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
