We love this hotel so much! It is honestly our favourite hotel that we've ever been to. It feels very luxurious and the facilities are excellent. The buffet available is incredible as well. The staff is very kind and helpful. Special mention to Gayathri who helped us get checked in and was very welcoming. We ended up coming back to Kochi a day early to have an extra night at the Marriott. Highly recommend!

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean.. The buffet is varied and delicious.. The hotel is very close to the largest mall in Kochi..... What I did not like was the very careful inspection before entering the hotel and I was prevented from using my iron on the pretext that the electricity might be cut off if I used it! ..The café in the lobby also serves coffee in the same cups that are used for morning breakfast, and the coffee was not delicious and its price was exaggerated for the taste and method of presentation.

I had the pleasure of dining at Marriott during my recent visit and it was an absolute good moment . The ambiance at Marriott is enchanting. The decor is elegant, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends, this restaurant sets the perfect mood. Every dish I tried was marvelous.The menu boasts a diverse range of options, from local specialties to international favorites. What made this dining experience truly exceptional was the impeccable service. Overall it was an enjoyable day at Marriott.

Review Title: Disappointing Service at Kochi Marriott I recently stayed at the Kochi Marriott and was compelled to share my experience. As a frequent traveler, I was surprised and deeply disappointed by the service standards during my stay. On January 23rd, I encountered a problem with a wet bathroom in my room. My request for assistance at the reception was met with a rude and unhelpful response from a staff member named Anand. He refused to address the issue, stating an unusual policy that housekeeping is only done the day after check-in. This was not only inconvenient but also raised hygiene concerns. Moreover, the situation remained unresolved for over three hours. This lack of prompt service is not what one expects from Marriott, known for its hospitality excellence. The room service was equally disappointing. After our meal, the dirty plates were not cleared despite my request. Eventually, I had to place them outside the room myself. Such service is unbecoming of the Marriott brand. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and measures are implemented to prevent such occurrences in the future. I had a business trip and from he moment I stepped in , the experience was awesome. The front desk personnel, Rachel was really helpful . May it be for booking or reaching my stuff to the room or booking a cab back to the airport, the hotel did a great job. I would give all stars for cleanliness, respect for privacy and the promptness of the front desk. The breakfast buffet is vast but because i was on the rush i wouldn't say i got time to enjoy it. Definitely keeping it in my list of repeat stay hotels in cochin.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
