Pros: 1. Good valley view from hotel as it located on hilltop. 2. Good Location. Cons: 1. Limited or no hot water availability. 2. Limited veg food options with average taste. 3. Inadequate housekeeping services, cleanliness is not adequate. 4. Not a maintained property, the children play area / bonfire area is unusable due to improper upkeep and is unsafe. 5. Uncomfortable queen size beds with springs poking from beneath. 6. Nothing like resort no area to sit and enjoy the place, weather, children to play etc. 7. No dental kit, shampoo, bathing soap, shaving kit, handwash etc. 8. Restaurant staff behaviour unlike any hotel / resort. They will be even rude and are very aggressive as per body language. 9. Customer service is not their forte.

We booked place during long weekend - was available only for 1 night. So obv was charged at higher rate. Pros: good location, decent breakfast, polite and helpful receptionist Cons: 1. No heater, fan, ac in the room. 2. Mattress was split in 2 part - probably they used 2 small mattress to make 1 large. 4. Restaurant took good amount of time to get dinner order ready & missed some items. Only when we called them - we were informed that they ran out of items to make order & they cancelled it without informing. And soon after they closed kitchen - so no alternate item available to order. 5. Normal rooms have no window , and Ofcourse no view of anything. 6. We paid almost double price than normal (long weekend also added to it) 7. We were informed that hot water is available for 2 hours each in morning and evening. This gets tricky when you go out for site seeing & reach late in evening.

Wonderful spot for a vacation with family/friends. Pleasant stay with a beautiful scenery just few Kms away from the busy town area. Good house keeping (kids friendly) and a delicious breakfast spread. Premium rooms have separate balcony.

Avoid ! Stinking washrooms, poor room service and customer service in general, food was terrible - any dish actually. In case you have any basic desires- for customer service, skip it- don't ask. The ratings shown on google are absolutely are incorrect. Skip it totally ! P.S. we stayed for 2 days.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
