The hotel has a different lobby which is the first thing you notice when you enter. The rooms are nice and the switches in my room were conventional which was convenient and comfortable, unlike modern touch panels which take time to understand and adjust. I had a wonderful view every evening of the sunset. 24/7 was a typical 5 star restaurant. A nice place to spend time with yourself or those with you is the poolside in the evenings, just outside the 24/7. I had a flawless experience with the service as well as the polite and courteous behaviour of the staff. Absolutely no negatives and hence no hesitation in recommending this hotel to potential patrons.

Restaurant is in some very inside location . Less crowd which is not expected on weekends. The service was kinda okay. ordered 2 different dishes and they both turned out to be the same flavoured. Feels like they don't know how to make butter chicken.

So good Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Had ordered some food from here every was good in taste. Packing was done great. Delivery was on time. - Butter chicken:- This was amazing in taste with lots of chicken pieces. Gravy was stunning. - Roti:- Roti was soft and fluffy. - Chicken Crispy:- This was fabulous in taste. chicken pieces was very juicy. Taste of crispy was stunning. -Tripple Chicken Fried Rice:- This was served with gravy. The rice was loaded with chicken pieces and noodles. Completely loved the taste. They have given veggies salad as a complimentary.

Really clean and well maintained rooms. B wing is relatively newly constructed and is better option for staying. There are no views out of the windows and there was a housing society right in front of my window. I didn’t try the in-room dining experience. Complimentary breakfast was okay; I particularly liked their live Dosa counter.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
